Aiste has spent almost her entire working life immersed in the energy sector. Prior to joining Nord Pool as our Market Manager for the Baltic region, Aiste led market development at the Lithuanian TSO. As she puts it - 'I’ve always enjoyed having that important bridging role connecting engineers, commercial companies and other stakeholders in the energy market – helping to translate complex technical issues, into a language which all can understand.'

In her role as Nord Pool's Baltic Market Manager, Aiste lives by a simple mantra - 'Our customers come first!' Her focus is on delivering the high-quality customer experience which Nord Pool members have come to expect. 'It is all about ensuring our members gain the greatest benefits from our simple, efficient and secure trading offer, in an increasingly competitive commercial environment - while also being here to help them navigate any challenges they may face.'
